Itinerary

Day 1 –

Mumbai campers report at Sion Pickup point at 17:30 hrs. Departure for Dharwad at 1930 hrs. Pune campers report at Shreyas Travels, Mitra Mandal Chowk, at 2030 hrs. Board the bus around 22:00 hrs

Day 2 –

Reach Dharwad at 07:30 hrs. Get transferred to Dandeli Campsite. Settle down. Orientation and briefing.
Team Games and activities in the evening. Night Trail to experience the Forest

Day 3 –

Early Morning Jungle safari to explore the forest. Water sports Filled Afternoon – Kayaking, Water zorbing

Day 4 –

In the morning after early breakfast leave for Rafting on the Kali River (Chargeable). Adventure Filled Afternoon – Archery, Rappelling, Zipline. Lots of Team Games, Fun Games and Activities

Day 5 –

Visit the spectacular Syntheri Rocks. Camp Closure. Depart from the resort after lunch. Reach Dharwad to board the bus for return at 22:00 hrs

Day 6 – 

Reach Pune Chandni Chowk around 05:00 hrs. Arrive at Mumbai drop point at around 10:00 hrs

Things To Carry

1. One haversack and one small shoulder bag (NO TROLLEY BAG OR SUITCASE)
2. Comfortable clothes for the no. of days (track Pants, t-shirts, tops etc) (Avoid Jeans)
3. Suitable nightwear , shorts, 3/4 s, one shawl/ chaddar, sweatshirt.
4. Undergarments, towel, napkin/ handkerchief, ladies sanitary sets
5. Swimwear, costume for water sports (check if required for your camp)
6. Sport shoes ,socks, floaters, Sun cap/ hat, water bottle
7. Water bottle, Personal kit containing toilet accessories, sun screen, cold cream, odomos,
8. NO DEODORANT to be used while on Trails or Safaris
9. Torch with fresh batteries
10. Sun glasses, camera, binoculars, (optional at your own risk)
11. A bird book, field guide (if available)
12. Personal medicine, if any, with a note explaining doses, time, quantity etc. with the name of the child, No need to send any extra medicine
13. Pen, a small diary, a story book
14. Around 3000/- for meals during travel and for shopping
15. An ID card with a color copy, (school I card/ Adhaar card/ Driving License etc)

Exclusions

• Rafting on Kali river (Optional at 1950/- per person)
• Meals during to and fro travel to Dandeli
• Personal expenses such as telephones, drinks, mineral water, laundry, porter charges etc
• Medical, hospitalization, Emergency  evacuation and related expenses
• Any item not covered under the head ‘cost includes’.
