The trip is made up of cultural activities and exposure to Spanish, real-life experiences, and fun. A great balance to expose your child to new challenges that will boost linguistic ability, and their understanding and acceptance of different cultures.

The accommodation- Host families

Group will be staying with host families from Toledo about 60 min from Madrid, an ideal location which is authentic, and family orientated. All meals will be included and while on days out we will have either picnics from home or menus at local restaurants. All the families have followed a selection protocol and comply with safe measure to ensure the wellbeing of the students.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Saturday 3rd May

Arrival in Madrid Welcome to Madrid by Hola Spanish Immersion. Travel to Toledo by private coach and meet the host families. Evening in host families.

Day 2 : Sunday 4th May

Breakfast at home Let’s kick off the week with a tour of the city of the 3 Cultures with a local tour guide who will explain the history and importance of Toledo as a cultural and religious hub and of course, the former capital of the Spanish Empire. Welcome lunch at tapas restaurant. Visit a sword making workshop and learn about the ancient steel craft from Toledo. Tourist train to see the view of the city, one of the most beautiful scenes in the world! Free time in the center to enjoy an ice-cream and then to host families to spend an evening as a family

Day 3 : Monday 5th May

Departure for Madrid by private coach. We will start the day with visit of MADRID on a tourist bust to discover the main attractions of the city and hopping on and off to immerse ourselves in the life of the city! Lunch at Frescco Mediterranean buffet where the students can eat as much as they like and try different Mediterranean dishes. Free time to go shopping and explore our most commercial area in Madrid. After a busy morning we will travel by public transport to one of the most iconic stadiums in the world. The Bernabeu stadium, home of the Real Madrid team. The students will enjoy the trophy room, museum and a view of the pitch. We will finish the tour visiting the shop. Return to Toledo by private coach and arrival and back to families

Day 4 : Tuesday 6th May

Breakfast at home Morning at Spanish language and culture school to have an introduction to our culture and language Lunch After lunch, we will continue with some adrenaline at the zipline. This is the longest urban zipline in the world and the students will have the chance to see the view of the city and the river from a mesmerizing point! Visit the cathedral 17:00 Free time to explore the local shops and footstalls

Return home to spend the evening with families.

Day 5: Wednesday 7th May

Breakfast at accommodation Puy du Fou Get ready for the ultimate adventure at Puy du Fou España, where history meets jaw-dropping action! This one-of-a-kind theme park near Toledo brings the past to life with epic shows featuring knights, sword fights, daring horse stunts, and fiery special effects. Whether you’re watching legendary battles or exploring villages from centuries ago, every moment feels like stepping into a live-action movie.

20:00 Return home and evening with the families.

Day 6: Thursday 8th May

Breakfast at accommodation We will start the day at the culinary school of Toledo where the students will cook a 3-course meal with the help of a team of chefs. Lunch at the school to enjoy together what we have cooked. Bowling at Luz del Tajo and free time at the mall to have a fun afternoon

Return to host families

Day 7: Friday 9th May

Day in Madrid II 9:00 leave Toledo by private coach. Visit the Retiro Park by kart and enjoy this visit in an alternative and active way! Lunch at tapas bar in popular area of Madrid. Travel by metro to Sol and the visit the Royal Palace, the former royal residence. Visit the Debod temple, our very own Egyptian monument, a present of the Egyptian government to Spain for the help offered after the floods in the 1960’s. Shopping time Return to Toledo to enjoy the last night with the host families

Day 8: Saturday 10th May

Breakfast at home Get ready to depart Toledo and on to airport. End of trip

Booking Conditions

• A non – refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
• A non – refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 45 days from the date of booking
• A non – refundable deposit of 75% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 30 days from the date of booking
• A non – refundable deposit of 100% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 20 days from the date of booking
• In case of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be paid in advance which is 100% cancellation.
• 6 Month Valid Passport copies (Front/Back) from Date of Travel
• Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable
• No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy
• Any flights, non-refundable hotel, cruise, visa (if applied) booked as part of this holiday package are non-refundable and no refund shall be made upon cancellation.

Cancelation Policy

• 45 Days & Above Booking Amount will be forfeited
• 45 – 30 days: 50% of the total cost
• 30 – 20 days: 75% of the total cost
• 20 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost
• In case of No-show 100%
• In case of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be pay in advance which is 100% cancellation.
